First Postpartum Doctor Appointment

You'll probably see your OB or midwife about six weeks after you give birth (two weeks after a c-section). Your caregiver will examine you to make sure that recovery is going well, and you can also talk about anything that's concerning you—we explain the details here. Also included is a list of symptoms that require immediate attention.
